La Grange-Louise Best Parks, 88, of La Grange, peacefully passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. Jackie Louise Best Parks was born on November 4, 1929 to the late Chester and Julia Best of the Coker’s Mill area.
